Best Burger Seasoning

Ingredients:
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 egg
1/8-1/4 cup gluten-free bread crumbs (optional)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp paprika (decrease to taste - we use 1/2 tbsp in our house)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Mix by hand into 1 lb of grass-fed ground beef until well combined.
Split into four 1/4 lb burger patties.
Enjoy on the grill or stovetop.
