Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
16 ounce of pumpkin pure
1 can of full fat coconut milk (only use the thick milk, strain out the water)
1 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp Arrowroot powder
1/2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare 9 inch pie crust in pie plate (I used my Vegan Pie Crust)
Blend all ingredients together until a smooth consistency.
Pour over your your favorite 9 inch pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool completely before serving, best served the next day. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
