QUICK and EASY Honey Mustard Chicken Marinade. Simply toss all of the ingredients into a gallon sized storage bag with 2-3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, SHAKE WELL, and let marinate in the fridge while you are at work 4-8 hours (the longer the better, trust me)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp avocado or grapeseed oil (use high temperature oil, not olive oil)
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
2 tbsp dijon mustard
¼ cup raw honey
2 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp salt, or as desired
pepper as desired
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a gallon sized storage bag with 2-3 large chicken breasts
You can pan fry the chicken on the stove top, bake in the oven, or throw them on the grill (our personal favorite, along with grilled pineapple, yum!) and serve with your favorite veggies.
