Overnight Oats

Updated: Sep 19

An easy breakfast option with little-to-no prep work needed. A few notes for this recipe:

  1. Make sure that your oats are gluten-free and organic-this is important because oats are not only a dirty crop but it is also very common that oats have cross contamination with other grains, so protect you and your gut and opt for gluten free!

  2. I prefer to purchase sprouted oats. Sprouted grains offer better digestion and more nutriment availability.

  3. Please get creative with flavors and add in ingredients, this is just the base recipe. Some ideas for you: Nut butters, cacao powder (may need extra sweetener for this), berries, nuts and seeds, etc.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend Protein into milk in a mason jar.

  2. Add oats (and optional berries, I like to use frozen wild blueberries) and give it a good shake, store in refrigerator overnight.

  3. Enjoy the next morning.
