Have a peanut allergy? Use a different nut butter. Have a sunflower seed allergy? Double the pumpkin seeds, you really can't go wrong with these puppies.
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted rolled oats or quinoa flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup of coconut flakes (optional to roll finished product in)
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Roll in to 1-2 inch balls.
Roll finished balls in shredded coconut flakes (optional)
Store in a resealable container in the freezer or fridge.
